Today, our platform supports international construction companies and their landmark projects on five continents, and we are just about to get started!
Your profile
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with the founders to broaden some of our key markets, playing a crucial part in our growth strategy. Your markets will include the DACH region as well as ANZ and potentially the USA. This is an outbound role focused on lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and booking of meetings. Please note: You must be able to communicate in both written and spoken German and English at a C1 level or higher.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various outbound methods including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Prospecting: Research and build prospecting lists and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria for potential customers and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Booking Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and our sales executives.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with the founders to explore and develop new market opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot and to track and manage sales activities and opportunities.
