As a Project Success Manager (PSM), you will be responsible for establishing, expanding and sustaining the operational relevance of Sablono's platform within customer projects and accounts across the UK & Ireland.

You will work on large, complex construction projects, partnering with leading contractors and developers to help them replace inefficient ways of working and adopt better digital processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction background who wants to move into the technology space and actively help drive the industry forward.

You’ll be based in our London office in the Elephant & Castle area and will travel regularly across the UK, primarily within the London and Manchester regions. Being present on site is essential to succeeding in this role.

Your focus:

• Work hands-on with key stakeholders on major construction sites to ensure Sablono is embedded into day-to-day operations in a genuinely value-adding way.

• Assess existing site processes and workflows on large-scale projects, and work with customers on joint success plans focused on adoption, operational relevance and fast time to right value.

• Drive technical and operational enablement in close collaboration with Solution Specialists, ensuring configuration and usage support real site needs rather than theoretical processes.

• Guide and oversee project implementations to ensure strong adoption, behavioural change and sustainable impact, not just technical completion.

• Support customers through operational transformation, stepping in where needed to remove blockers and replace inefficient or manual workflows.

• Build strong relationships and networks within and across projects to create advocates, share success and fuel account growth and expansion.

• Track success metrics, capture customer outcomes and share proof points internally to support sales, marketing and long-term partnerships.
